: Do I have to register to make a purchase?
A: No, but without registering, we have no contact information in the event there is a problem. Registering provides you with significant benefits when shopping here. You can save your cart for return visits, and you can use the express lane during checkout. Plus we periodically send out emails with new products and special discounts (only available to registered members).

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Log in and go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders.
Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We strive to keep the shipping cost down to the actual cost. AND sometimes FREE

Shipping Information:
USPS First Class Mail: Small items 12" x 12" and smaller
Priority Mail: Medium items that cannot be shipped USPS First Class
UPS: Large and/or heavy orders

Q: What if I made a mistake when filling out my order?
A: Contact us as soon as possible (and definitely before the production process) and we will help you get it right.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We strive to get all orders out on a timely fashion within 48hrs after payment is received.

Q: Do you offer rush delivery?
A: Yes, but there will be additional fees. Call for details.

Q: Do you provide a way to track my order?
A: Yes, online tracking is included for Priority Mail orders...First Class is our delivery confirmation to the Post Office.

Q: Can I have my order sent to a different address?
A: Yes, just provide us with the information. Great for a gift...

Q: Do you offer any Discounts?
A: Yes, we have a "quantity discount" and a "mistake discount". Quantity discount depends on the size of the order. Mistake discount is to help soften the blow of a customers error in ordering or installation.
